The call that needs action
Every service business has high-leverage calls that arrive outside the neat parts of the day. An after-hours outage. A tenant standing in a flooded unit at 11 p.m. A patient trying to move tomorrow’s appointment. What matters is not just picking up; it’s understanding urgency, verifying context, and getting the next step moving.
FinnleyAI started from a simple conviction: modern voice AI is finally good enough to give those calls a useful first response and a clean path forward.
What we’re building
Finnley is an AI voice receptionist that answers, understands, and resolves inbound calls — verifying who’s calling, handling what it’s allowed to, and escalating cleanly to a human when that’s the right move.
We’re focused first on the businesses where fast, accurate phone response matters most: managed service providers, property management companies, and healthcare practices. We’d rather do a few verticals exceptionally well — with the right verification rules and guardrails for each — than be a generic answering bot for everyone.
Where we’re headed
The goal is straightforward: every customer call should be answered, understood, and routed into the right workflow. Everything on the roadmap — deeper integrations, more verticals, richer verification — serves that one outcome.
